Casa Vaniglia has large bedrooms and is equipped with a baby cot, highchair, children’s tableware, and toys, making it ideal for families with young children. Casa Lampone is better suited for older children, but staying here with a baby is definitely possible.

Yes, the kitchens include a large refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans and tableware. Casa Vaniglia also features a microwave. In contrast to a ‘typical’ holiday home we provide all necessary utensils for comfortable cooking and dining. Additionally, we provide a selection of essential items such as coffee capsules (for Lampone) or pads (for Vaniglia), olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, a selection of herbs and spices, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets.
Yes, all rooms are equipped with mosquito screens.
Parties are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect other guests and neighbors.
Yes, we encourage energy and water conservation. Waste must be sorted into the designated bins provided, with detailed instructions available on-site.
The house will be cleaned, and bed and bath linens replaced before the arrival of new guests. However, we kindly ask that you leave the house tidy, with dishes washed and put away. Basic cleaning supplies are available for your convenience.
Yes, there is a washing machine and a drying rack present in both houses. Lampone also features a tumble dryer. There is no ironing board, nor iron present.

Yes, the pool is accessible in the daytime but at your own risk. We kindly ask that children are never left unsupervised in or near the pool. The pool is open from -at least- the beginning of May until the end of October, but the temperature varies throughout the season.
No, the pool is shared between the two houses Lampone and Vaniglia (and may occasionally be used by the owner if present). For 100% private use, you can submit a request in advance when booking Casa Barbera (Lampone + Vaniglia).
Yes, the saltwater pool is cleaned via electrolysis and is regularly maintained. You won’t need to do anything. If there is strong wind or a storm, a net is available to remove leaves or insects.
No, but the 3 big trees in the courtyard provide ample shade for those who prefer to avoid the sun.
Absolutely! There’s a flower and herb garden next to Casa Lampone, and you’ll find additional herbs elsewhere in the garden.
There are two parking spaces next to the owner’s house (with an EV charging station). Additionally, two cars can park on the street alongside the house and wall, and one car can be parked just behind the entrance gate if necessary.
No, this is strictly prohibited. You can charge your vehicle at the charging station in the parking area using a charging card provided upon arrival. Alternatively, public charging stations are also available nearby.
